SerenIT provides free tools to help business owners evaluate IT coverage, assess cybersecurity risk, analyze vendor proposals, and make informed decisions about IT spending. These tools are provided free of charge with no registration required.
The tools process your inputs to generate assessments and recommendations. Text you enter into the tools is processed by third-party AI services (currently Anthropic's Claude API) and is not stored after your session ends. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.
SerenIT connects business owners who request it with vetted Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This only occurs when you submit the matching questionnaire or contact form requesting it.
When you submit a request, SerenIT reviews your details, identifies a suitable provider, and introduces you when you're ready. A provider does not receive your contact details until that introduction is made; we do not broadcast your information to multiple vendors. SerenIT does not guarantee the quality, performance, or conduct of any MSP we introduce you to, and any business relationship you enter with an MSP is solely between you and that MSP.
SerenIT is compensated by MSPs in connection with these introductions. This does not affect the objectivity of our tools or content, and it does not change your match — we match on fit, not on who pays most. Because compensation may be involved, this activity may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law; you may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
The tools, articles, and content on SerenIT are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, cybersecurity, or professional IT advice. Results from our tools are general assessments based on the information you provide — they are not a substitute for professional evaluation of your specific situation.
