SerenIT provides free tools to help business owners evaluate IT coverage, assess cybersecurity risk, analyze vendor proposals, and make informed decisions about IT spending. These tools are provided free of charge with no registration required.
The tools process your inputs to generate assessments and recommendations. Text you enter into the tools is processed by third-party AI services (currently Anthropic's Claude API) and is not stored after your session ends. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.
SerenIT connects business owners who request it with vetted Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in their geographic area. This connection only occurs when you explicitly submit a lead form requesting it.
By submitting a lead form, you consent to SerenIT sharing your name, business email, company size, and location with one or more MSPs for the purpose of an initial consultation. SerenIT does not guarantee the quality, performance, or conduct of any MSP we introduce you to. Any business relationship you enter with an MSP is solely between you and that MSP.
SerenIT may receive compensation from MSPs in connection with these introductions. This does not affect the objectivity of our tools or content.
The tools, articles, and content on SerenIT are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, cybersecurity, or professional IT advice.
