Our commitment: SerenIT is built to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work — if something gets in your way, tell us and we'll fix it.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological differences.

What we've done

  • Semantic HTML structure with logical heading order and landmark regions
  • A "Skip to main content" link for keyboard users
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout
  • Labels associated with every form field, and clear error messaging
  • Text and interface colors chosen for readable contrast
  • Support for the browser's "reduced motion" setting, which limits animation
  • Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful icons; decorative graphics hidden from screen readers
  • Responsive layouts that work with zoom and on small screens

Known limitations

Some interactive tools and animated elements are still being reviewed and refined for full assistive-technology support. We are actively working to close any remaining gaps. If you encounter a barrier in any tool, please let us know and we will help you directly while we resolve it.

Assessment & ongoing review

This site is evaluated through a combination of manual keyboard and screen-reader testing and automated accessibility checks, and is reviewed on an ongoing basis as content changes. This statement will be updated as improvements are made.
